Play a key role in shaping our performance across our AustubeMills business.Reporting to the Mill Supervisor and based at our Acacia Ridge site, you will safely operate tube manufacturing machinery in a team-based environment, support production processes and champion a strong safety culture while contributing to efficient and high-quality output.What you will be doing:Operate tube manufacturing machinery including cranes, bundlers, auto strappers and other process stationsMove and store finished products safely using overhead cranesWork collaboratively within a team to meet production targetsFollow and promote strict health and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organised and effective work environmentContinuously learn and adapt to improve processes and performanceThis role offers a base hourly rate of $***** and works a 3-week rotating 12-hour shift roster (days and nights), with 30% loading applicable on night shift.
