The role involves mentoring and guiding doctoral candidates throughout their research journey.
Responsibilities include reviewing research proposals, providing feedback, assisting in research planning and execution, and ensuring adherence to academic standards.
Supervisors will support students in honing their critical thinking, research methodologies, and academic writing to achieve successful outcomes in their doctoral programs.Essential QualificationsStrong academic background in a relevant field, with a PhD or equivalent experienceExpertise in research methodologies, academic writing, and critical analysisExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAdaptability to remote collaboration and the ability to use digital communication tools effectivelyFamiliarity with higher education guidelines and academic integrity standardsProven experience in mentoring or supervising PhD-level researchExperience in higher education or academic management is a plus
