Joining our team means joining a company that prioritises the health, safety and wellbeing of its people and fosters a culture of respect, inclusivity, and safety.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInspecting vehicles for paint defects, imperfections, or damage prior to polishing or detailing.Performing paint correction techniques such as denibbing, buffing, and polishing to remove surface imperfections and achieve a high-quality finish.Using appropriate tools and equipment such as dual-action polishers, rotary buffers, denibbing blocks, pressure washers, and vacuum.Detailing vehicles inside and out, including washing, vacuuming, and cleaning glass, trims, and surfaceEnsuring all work meets company quality standards and customer expectation.ABOUT YOUPrevious experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable but not essential.Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.Appropriate Australian Working Rights.Valid Driver's Licence.
