With Winslow's rapid growth across Queensland, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company where your experience and leadership will make an immediate impact.We are seeking leading hands and supervisors with proven experience in all of the following areas:UtilitiesCivil worksTraffic managementTemporary worksTMR exposureYour Day-to-DayTake pride in leading site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely on time,



and to the highest standardOversee and manage all aspects of civil construction works, from planning through to completionProvide hands-on leadership to achieve key targets across safety, quality, budget, productivity, and plant utilisationPrepare and maintain short-term construction programs (2 weeks ahead) to keep projects on trackMonitor and report on KPI performance, driving continuous improvement across the siteManage labour, plant resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient operationsComplete daily site administration tasks accurately and on timeUphold Winslow's values – Family, Accountability, Commitment, Empowerment, and Safety – in everything you doEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and standardsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years' experience in a leading hand/supervisory role within civil constructionProven experience across utilities, civil works, traffic management, temporary works, and TMR projectsAbility to provide references to support your experienceStrong ability to read and interpret construction drawingsExcellent leadership, communication, and people management skillsSolid time management and organisational skillsWhite Card and valid driver's licence (mandatory)Relevant qualifications in civil construction or project management (advantageous)Various plant machinery tickets (advantageous)Your Winslow AdvantageWork vehicle, phone and ipad providedJob security with a strong pipeline of work, not just project-basedA supportive, dynamic, and safety-focused team workplace where you are valued, not just another numberReady to start your Winslow journey?
