Our people are the foundation of our success, and we're committed to providing an environment where they can grow and thrive.If you're an experienced HVAC professional with strong leadership skills and enjoy building high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs the HVAC Service Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service while supporting and developing our technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the HVAC technicians and office staff.Provide technical support and fault-finding guidance to technicians when requiredEnsure all maintenance, breakdown and repair work is completed safely,



efficiently and to a high standard.Provide technical support and guidance to the service team.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Monitor service performance, productivity and key performance indicators.Prepare invoice reports and quotations for recommended repair or replacement solutions.Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and industry standards.Manage warranty work, customer issues and service quality.Work closely with the installation and administration teams to ensure seamless project delivery.About YouExtensive experience in the HVAC service industry and strong knowledge of AC brands/systems (Daikin, Samsung, Panasonic, Actron Air, Fujitsu, Carrier etc).
