As a result of this continued growth, they're on the lookout for a new logo hunting Business Development Manager.Key responsibilities:Selling the company's Fintech SaaS platform to finance, risk, credit, business and operations decision makersTargeting new business opportunities in the Australian commercial / mid-market sectorLead generation, cold calling, new business prospecting, booking meetings & customer demos through to closure.
Then handing off to the account management teamAchievement of monthly current business targetsRepresenting the company at industry events, hosting webinars and being a brand ambassadorWorking collaboratively with the account management, product and marketing teamsKey skills required:Proven new business, new logo hunter who is not afraid to cold call and utilise networksOutside of the software / SaaS industry, suitable (territory management)



transactional focused sales backgrounds may include telco, finance or recruitment where you are used to a high number of meetings, calls & opportunities on the go at the same timeSenior BDR's or outbound focused SDRs with 18 months + experience in SaaS may also be consideredWell defined sales process / methodology - Challenger, MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN etc etcComfortable using sales automation platforms, CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Hubspot, Zoho, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha etcExecutive level presence - comfortable selling to C level and company owners/directorsHigh level EQ/IQ, sales determination and resilience/gritPolish and poise with sophisticated presentation skillsThis represents an outstanding opportunity to develop your career within a leading FinTech software business that is growing rapidly.
