Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and defect rectification works across their completed townhomes.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a residential construction background who enjoys working autonomously, coordinating trades, and ensuring homeowners receive an exceptional post-handover experience.The RoleReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing maintenance works from initial inspection through to completion, ensuring all defects are rectified efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect all maintenance and defect items across townhousesPrepare inspection reports and identify rectification requirementsCoordinate trades and undertake maintenance works where appropriateLiaise with homeowners and subcontractors throughout the maintenance processSchedule and manage maintenance works to ensure timely completionEnsure all rectification works are completed to a high standardMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed worksConduct final inspections to ensure all works have been completed satisfactorilyAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Site Supervisor within residential construction, along with a strong understanding of residential building methods and defect rectification.
You'll be an excellent communicator with a customer-focused approach, capable of coordinating multiple trades and managing competing priorities.
