Security, Communications & Dry Fire EstimatorCrossmuller is looking for a Security & Communications Estimator to join our growing team.This role can be based from either our Newcastle office or our Somersby Head Office, giving you the flexibility to work closer to home while contributing to major industrial, infrastructure, security and communications projects.Working across industrial, manufacturing, warehouse and infrastructure projects, you'll develop competitive tenders and solutions for CCTV, access control, communications, fibre and integrated technology systems.This is an prospect to join a stable Australian-owned business delivering technically challenging projects across Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotations, tenders and cost estimatesReview drawings, specifications and project documentationDevelop labour, material and subcontractor costingsObtain supplier pricing and evaluate proposalsIdentify risks, scope gaps and value engineering opportunitiesWork closely with project teams to develop practical solutionsCore RequirementsExperience estimating security, communications, and dry fire projectsStrong understanding of CCTV,



access control and communications systemsAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailExperience preparing tenders and proposalsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant technical or trade qualificationCurrent Driver Licence and White CardPreferred ExperienceSecurity LicenceFibre optic and integrated technology systems experienceIndustrial, manufacturing or infrastructure project exposureExperience working across multidisciplinary projectsWhy Crossmuller?
