As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Workforce Project Coordinator to help identify new opportunities, build strong relationships and support the delivery of strategic projects.

About the Role
This is a diverse, hands‐on role that combines community engagement, stakeholder relationships, project coordination and strategic partnerships.
You'll work with clients, government agencies, industry partners and community organisations to identify opportunities, coordinate programs and support projects that deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Community & Program Engagement
Identify and develop opportunities to expand training and workforce programs within community and industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community organisations, learners and industry partners.
Prepare project proposals, capability statements and program documentation.




Promote Ironbark's training and workforce programs to community and industry stakeholders.
Represent Ironbark at community meetings, networking events and industry forums.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and strengthen relationships with industry, employers, government agencies and community organisations.
Identify opportunities that support workforce development .
.and long-term community and workforce outcomes.
Build partnerships that create value for clients, communities and Ironbark.
Funding & Strategic Projects
Support funding and reporting requirements for community workforce programs.
Assist with progress reporting and program documentation.

Assist with grant applications and funding submissions.
Coordinate strategic projects from planning through to delivery.
Monitor project progress and reporting requirements.
Business Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve systems and business processes.
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Support strategic initiatives that strengthen Ironbark's future.
About You
We're looking for someone who is driven, organised and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You'll bring:
Experience in project coordination, community engagement, stakeholder relationships or program delivery
Outstanding communication and relationship‐building skills.
Robust organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach.




Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
Experience in training, construction, infrastructure, employment services, government or regional development will be highly regarded but is not essential.
