The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced IT Service Continuity Governance Specialist to join a high-performing team responsible for governing Service Continuity compliance across hundreds of critical technology services.
This is not a hands‐on disaster recovery testing role.
Instead, you'll be responsible for ensuring testing is planned, governed and completed in line with policy, managing risk, improving compliance and providing trusted advice to stakeholders across the business.
You'll work with application owners, technology leaders and vendors to drive service resilience while reporting on readiness across a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Govern Service Continuity testing compliance across multiple technology domainsPartner with stakeholders to ensure testing activities are completed in line with policy and schedulesManage testing risks, compliance issues and remediation activitiesReview testing readiness,



data quality and recovery requirements including RTO and RPO compliancePerform post-test reviews and compliance assessments for internal applications and SaaS vendorsApprove or reject testing activities and change requests based on governance requirementsProduce reporting and insights on testing performance, compliance and organisational readinessSupport continuous improvement of governance processes and ServiceNow platform enhancements
About You
You'll have experience governing Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery or Technology Risk processes within a large enterprise.
You understand how to balance governance with stakeholder engagement and enjoy working across both technical and business teams to improve operational resilience.
You'll Bring Experience In
IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery or Technology GovernanceGovernance, compliance and risk management within large enterprise environmentsServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platformsStakeholder management across multiple technology teamsReporting, data analysis and compliance monitoringGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), Data Studio or similar reporting toolsJira and Agile delivery environmentsExcellent presentation and communication skills with the confidence to engage senior leadership
