We have a fantastic chance for a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse) to join our team at Doctors at Morayfield on a full time basis, Monday to Friday.
GP experience will be highly regarded.Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a caring nature, high level communication skills and attention to detail.The Practice Nurse will:Have an interest in care plans or willingness to learnParticipate in Quality Improvement ActivitiesProvide culturally appropriate assessments, therapeutic and education services for clients with chronic disease as requiredEnsure that clients receive education on the use of therapies and treatments prescribed and feedback on the outcomes of therapy and treatmentAdhere to relevant professional Code of Ethics guidelinesA willingness to implement and adapt to change when required to benefit patients, staff, and the wider groupAbout YouCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled NurseAvailable to work across clinic hours (Monday to Friday,



8am - 5pm)Demonstrated experience working in a Primary Health care setting or within General Practice is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFull working rights in AustraliaPlease note - only AU residents or those with current unrestricted rights in Australia will be considered for this role.Why work for us?
