You will be traveling to different locations, meeting customers, employers, site staff, visiting worksites and becoming a subject matter expert in our partner organisations:Develop new and existing partnerships with organisations by promoting diversity and inclusionUnderstand labour market needs and provide insights to the internal teams, matching caseload demands with employer needsEmpower and connect customers to sustainable employmentCollaborate with Job Coaches, management teams, health and training departments to provide solutions for employers and customersBe a changemaker in the community for some of our most vulnerable customersAbout YouCustomer service experiencePassion for business development – training availableSome experience in, or knowledge of a target-based roleExperience or willing to learn how to develop a excellent stakeholder experience (both internal and external) with a strong focus on follow up and relationship managementExcellent communication skills particularly verbalAbility to think strategically,
