As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Service Scheduler to join our team based in our Keysborough office.About the RoleReporting to the NSW Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating service schedules across our customer base, ensuring optimal use of technician resources and delivering a high standard of customer support.
Your role will directly contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business success.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule all routine and breakdown service activitiesAllocate jobs to field technicians and coordinate materials and parts availabilityOptimise technician efficiency and resource utilisation using our service management systemMonitor job progress,



customer requirements and service KPIsProactively communicate scheduling updates to customers and internal stakeholdersSupport technician field enquiries and elevate where neededEnsure compliance with WHS and quality procedures in all scheduling activitiesMaintain accurate scheduling records and reports in our systems (MS Navision and others)Provide administrative support to technicians and assist with general office tasks as requiredWhat We're Looking For1-3 years' experience in service scheduling or coordination (preferred)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes on timeExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approachIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience working with scheduling or ERP systems (e.g., MS Navision or similar)Why Join Us?
