The average length of contract for the properties we currently service exceeds 10 years.Given the quality of our clients and the quality of our service, Dimeo is seeking to fill the position of Area Manager for some of our most prominent clients.
About the roleIn the role of Area Manager, you will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework.
The role mainly consists of:Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with each of the clientsPreparing, reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports concerning the contracts to clients and senior managementDevelop, review and negotiate variations to the contract, programs, projects and servicesMaintaining budgets,



preparing and submitting annual contract cost increasesAdvising Executive Managers on matters requiring attention to ensure their decisions are implementedTracking and achieving contractual and business KPI's including general strategy, contract retention and site/portfolio profitabilityResponding to inquiries, resolving problems concerning contracted services and implementing required changesRecruiting, training and developing of the management team to ensure contract compliance and successionOversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.Managing & owning customer relationshipsBusiness development and profit optimisation across the contract portfolioManaging paperwork related with contracts and variationsSkills and experienceThe skills and qualifications that this position requires include:Management and operations experience this is a necessityMinimum 2 years' experience in the titled role or a highly relevant field - such as Construction, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, etc.Robust connection to our corporate culture and understanding of our values and ideals.Accountability, autonomy, responsibility and adaptability are sought after qualities in the right candidateRemuneration/SalaryMarket leading based on commensurate experiencePackage to include vehicle allowance
