This includes lead flow, off-market access, industry partnerships, technology, systems, training and a team environment designed to help agents perform at their best.About the OpportunityYou will work with home buyers and investors to help them search for, assess, negotiate and secure residential property.This is a performance-based role suited to someone who is self-motivated, commercially minded and confident managing clients through the buying process.You will not be expected to build everything from scratch without support.
