Recruitment Account Managers work with employers to solve workforce challenges through customised recruitment models, labour market insight, and coordinated internal delivery.This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave, with an expected end date of June ****Your Key Responsibilities will include;Actively promoting ETC's Recruitment service solutions to local industry and employers Co-designing customised recruitment approaches with employers, including tailored sourcing, screening andjob readinessDevelop and maintain effective strategic alliances with key stakeholdersAchieveagreed employer engagement, vacancy fill and employment outcome targets through effective account management and workforce planningAccount manager key employers and stakeholders to capitalise on relationships and employment opportunitiesAnticipate future workforce needs through proactive employer engagement and demand forecastingPrescreen, match and refer jobseekers into sustainable employment opportunities aligned to employer and pipeline requirementsAnalyse local and regional labour market trends to inform employer engagement strategy and pipeline prioritisationProvide strategic recruitment guidance to Recruitment Advisors supporting small to medium business,



while maintaining account managed partnerships.Criteria for SuccessDemonstrated experience managing multiplecomplex employer relationships, largescale recruitment programs or strategic employment pipelinesProven ability to build and sustain multiple partnerships with large local, national or multisite employersExperience designing or delivering customised or codesigned recruitment or workforce solutionsPrevious account management and employer engagement experienceHigh level negotiation and influencing skills, including the ability to secure employer commitments and create mutually beneficial partnershipsCommercial judgement in balancing employer needs, candidate capability and contractual requirementsDemonstrated understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity principles and inclusive,nondiscriminatoryrecruitment practicesOutcome-focused with the ability to work autonomously and consistently achieve ambitious recruitment, placement, retention and KPI targetsHigh levelinterpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsCurrent Blue Cardand National Police Check or willing to obtainCurrent driver licenceand confident with regional travel as this is a requirement of the roleQualification in Employment Services or Frontline Management, a related discipline, or extensive employment services experienceKnowledge of government services systems.Why work for ETCWe pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
