This role is designed for someone who has started their recruitment career as a Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, Resourcer or Recruitment Administrator and is ready for the next step.You don't need years of experience as a recruiter.
What matters is your ability to build relationships, stay organised, provide a great candidate experience and genuinely enjoy connecting people with opportunities.
We'll give you the opportunity to grow your skills in sourcing, stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment while supporting the hiring of educators and team members who make a real difference in the lives of children and families every day.About the RoleAs our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage a portfolio of recruitment activity across multiple regions, partnering closely with leaders to attract and secure talent at the right time for the right roles.You'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through to offer, while delivering a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.You'll also have the opportunity to strengthen our employer brand and develop creative sourcing strategies, including building relationships with universities, TAFEs, colleges and other community partners to attract future talent.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Attraction & RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume portfolio of roles.Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.Source, screen and assess candidates aligned to our values and culture.Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.Build and maintain talent pools to support future workforce needs.Proactively identify and engage passive talent.Candidate & Hiring Manager ExperienceDeliver a responsive, professional and engaging recruitment experience.Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment guidance.Ensure candidates are supported, informed and valued throughout the process.Monitor recruitment activity and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.Talent Pipelines & PartnershipsDevelop relationships with universities, TAFEs, colleges and community networks.Represent Our Patch Group at careers events,
employment expos and networking opportunities.Identify innovative ways to attract talent into the Early Learning and OSHC sectors.Support employer branding initiatives that showcase our culture and values.Continuous ImprovementContribute ideas that enhance recruitment processes, systems and experiences.Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.Support Talent and People projects that strengthen attraction, retention and workforce capability.About YouThis could be the opportunity you've been working towards.Perhaps you're currently a Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator or HR Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career.

Most importantly, you're passionate about creating great experiences for candidates and hiring managers and are motivated by the impact excellent people can have on children, families and communities.You'll be excited by the opportunity to take ownership of your recruitment portfolio, build talent pipelines, strengthen sourcing partnerships and contribute to creating a best-in-class talent experience across Our Patch Group.You'll BringExperience in a Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, HR Coordinator or similar recruitment-focused role.A genuine passion for talent acquisition and creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.A customer-service mindset and a passion for building relationships.Confidence engaging with candidates, leaders and external stakeholders.A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Curiosity and enthusiasm for sourcing talent through a variety of channels, including universities, TAFEs, colleges and community partnerships.Experience in Early Learning, OSHC, education, aged care, disability,
