Site or Project Engineer
Design & Build recruitment is recruiting a either a site or project engineer to join our client's team on a luxury apartment project.
This project has an established and supportive team ready to work with you.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with the project management team.
Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Managing and coordinating all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
Conducting regular site walk throughs to monitor progress, identify any potential issues,



and ensure adherence to project specifications.
What's Required
A degree in Engineering or a related field.
MUST have new build commercial construction experience
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
