We are looking to strengthen ourCustomer Service Team with an enthusiastic, customer focused, self-motivated Customer Service Represenative based in South Nowra.In a fast paced Business to Business environment, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, quotes, orders and deliveries.Duties and responsibilitiesProfessionally respond to all customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfactionHandle product, pricing and availability queries from customersProcess and manage quotes and ordersProvide pricing and delivery informationResolve customer requests, questions and determine best use of resourcesLiaise between customers, end-users, suppliers and area sales representativesResolve customer requests,
