The Department for Education, Children and Young People Tasmania seeks an Assistant Manager - Practice and Care at Ashley Youth Detention Centre, 35 minutes from Launceston.
You will lead trauma-informed practice and supervise multidisciplinary teams to support vulnerable young people in detention.This permanent, Monday-to-Friday role includes relocation support, a generous salary, and an on-call roster with adaptable start/end times and a focus on healing-centered care.
