Creative Warehouse & Sensory Installation AssistantBuild spaces that genuinely change lives.At Creative Sensory Spaces, we design, build and install custom sensory environments that help people feel calmer, safer and more connected.From schools and hospitals to airports, disability providers and community spaces, every project we create is purpose-built to improve wellbeing through thoughtful design.We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving practical problems and being part of a small team creating something meaningful.
No two projects are ever the same, and that's exactly how we like it.What you'll be doingThis is a wide-ranging role that combines workshop fabrication, warehouse operations and onsite installations across Australia.Some weeks you'll be in our Sydney workshop building custom products and preparing projects for delivery.
Other weeks you'll be travelling with the team, transforming empty rooms into beautiful sensory environments.You'll be involved from start to finish, helping bring each project to life.Your work may include:Building and assembling custom sensory products using a range of hand and power tools.Preparing projects for delivery and installation.Assist with digital manufacturing,
including preparing CNC machining files and operating equipment to produce custom-designed components.Assisting with warehouse organisation and stock management.Loading and unloading vehicles.Travelling interstate to install sensory rooms and wellness spaces.Working closely with clients to ensure every project is delivered to a high standard.Helping us continually improve the way we work.About youWe're less interested in finding someone with the perfect résumé and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude.You'll probably enjoy this role if you:Love working with your hands and building things.Have experience using tools in a workshop, construction, cabinetry, fabrication or similar environment.Take pride in producing high-quality work.Enjoy variety rather than doing the same thing every day.Are organised, reliable and happy to roll up your sleeves.Can work independently and as part of a close-knit team.Enjoy travelling and are comfortable working away from home when required.Experience with CNC machinery, CAD software or digital manufacturing would highly regarded but isn't essential.What you'll needCurrent Australian Driver's Licence.White Card (or willingness to obtain).
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
