The Omoda Jaecoo brand is committed to building a strong dealership network and delivering vehicles that align with the Australian lifestyle catering to consumers seeking reliability, innovation, and performance.About the RoleBased in our Sydney office in Rhodes, this role supports the logistics team with logistics coordination and inventory management.
We are currently offering a Logistics Coordinator position, where your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Monitor inbound and outbound logistics,
transportation and storage operations to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.Monitor and follow up on maintenance and repair activities of vehicles at the warehouse.
Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement in the handling of damaged vehicles.Analyse logistics costs, verify invoices, manage payments, and support account reconciliation processes.Support new product launches and model changes with supply chain planning and execution.Liaise with the network development team to ensure that the supply and logistics requirements are in place in a timely manner for new dealers.Provide support to the CMA dealer network with a focus on vehicle allocations, distribution and transport arrangements.Key requirements:5+ years of experience in logistics and inventory management (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
Proficiency in Pentana, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex logistics challenges efficiently.A proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude.Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly regarded.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with international supply chain and shipping processes.Why join Omoda Jaecoo Australia?
