No prior workers compensation experience is required.
If you have experience in customer service, insurance, healthcare, rehabilitation, claims, administration, employment services, or another people-focused profession, we'll provide the training, support, and career pathways to help you succeed.This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career within a global organisation while helping injured workers navigate their recovery and return-to-work journey.As a New to Scheme Case Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims and support injured workers, employers, healthcare providers and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.Your responsibilities will include:Managing workers compensation claims in line with legislative and compliance requirementsSupporting injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journeyBuilding strong relationships with employers, workers and treatment providersGathering information, reviewing documentation and making informed decisionsIdentifying barriers to recovery and coordinating appropriate support servicesMaintaining accurate claim records and documentationDelivering outstanding customer service while balancing quality and productivity outcomesWhat We're Looking ForWe're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds who are passionate about helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences.You may bring experience from:Customer service or contact centre environmentsHealthcare,
