Join a dedicated team supporting high-quality holiday experiences across the beautiful Coffs Coast.We're seeking a proactive and reliable team member to help maintain four well-loved holiday parks— ensuring a secure, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.This is a diverse and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in customer service, and values teamwork in a dynamic setting.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in line with the park "Meet and Greet" processRespond to after-hours accommodation enquiries, bookings, payments, and emergenciesMaintain park grounds and facilities to a high standardConduct regular patrols and ensure facilities are secure after hoursSupport front-desk staff during end-of-day proceduresLiaise with trades and security services when requiredOperate plant and equipment in compliance with safety standardsReport maintenance or operational issues promptlyWhat You'll BringStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and respond calmly to after-hours issuesA flexible, solutions-focused approach to daily tasksBasic maintenance knowledge (pool, buildings, or grounds experience desirable)A current Class C Manual Driver's LicenceNSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)Working Hours & Conditions1-2 days per week during winter, but will increase in SpringOn-call, overnight staysand after-hours work may be required, with applicable allowancesRotating across four coastal holiday park locationsInvolves indoor/outdoor tasks and moderate physical activityIf you're passionate about customer service, take pride in high standards, and enjoy being part of a team that helps create memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
