Permanent Full-time l Monday to FridayHead Office, East Maitland NSWOnsite 5 days per weekAbout the RolePacific Smiles Group is looking for an IT Support Officer (officially a Technical Services Officer) to join our IT team at our head office in East Maitland.
This is a full-time, fully onsite role - five days a week - providing hands-on technical support to our corporate teams, alongside remote support to staff across the wider business through our Jira ticketing system.You will be the friendly, reliable go-to person for day-to-day IT at head office, while also picking up and resolving tickets that come in from across the organisation.
It's a outstanding fit for someone who enjoys a blend of face-to-face support and structured, ticket-based troubleshooting, and who takes pride in keeping technology running smoothly for the people who rely on it.What You'll DoProvide Level 1/2 technical support to corporate teams onsite at our East Maitland head officeManage, triage and resolve support requests through the Jira ticketing systemDeliver remote support to staff across the businessSet up and support workstations, devices, user accounts and accessTroubleshoot hardware, software, networking and end-user issuesCollaborate with the wider IT team to resolve issues quickly and professionallyMaintain clear,
