About The Role:
Rincovitch is offering an exciting 3-month paid internship where you'll work alongside experienced Structural Engineers on a variety of commercial and residential projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills, gain hands‐on experience, and build a robust foundation for your engineering career.
You'll receive mentoring from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to real projects, engineering software, site inspections, and structural design.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working as part of our engineering team, you'll assist with:
Preparing structural designs and engineering calculations under supervision
Producing drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit and other engineering software
Assisting with reports, technical documentation and project deliverables
Learning Australian design standards and engineering best practices
Supporting shop drawing reviews and structural documentation




Attending site inspections with senior engineers
Assisting with project research and technical investigations
Maintaining organised project documentation and records
Collaborating with engineers across multiple projects
Throughout the internship you'll receive guidance, mentoring and regular feedback to support your professional development.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn.
Ideally you'll have:
Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of structural analysis and engineering principles
Exposure to Structural engineering software (desirable but not essential)
