Just as importantly, you'll be the person who can take that work and explain it clearly, in a written brief, a walkthrough, or a live demo to an audience that might be senior, non-technical, or external.
You'll take technical, regulated, or complicated work and make it clear for whoever's in front of you, bridging the gap between the detail and what it actually means for the business.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit requirements from marketing, operations, and client-group stakeholdersWrite build-ready stories, tasks, bugs, and spikes with proper acceptance criteriaSpecify screens, components,
and flows against our product design system; produce wireframes and annotated specs, and review what's built against specProduce product analysis from real data, usage and user journeys, conversion and drop-off, funnel performance and turn the numbers into recommendationsGet to know the healthcare domain and day-to-day operational flows; get regulated and patient-facing wording right alongside clinical and billing stakeholdersTrack progress, keep task lists current, flag risks early, and support UAT, release readiness, and support-ticket triageKeep documentation and process flows up to dateWhat We're Looking ForMust-have3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst on software productsA real talent for translating and explaining technical or complex work clearly and convincingly, in writing and in person, to senior, non-technical, and external audiencesHands‐on user‐story writing, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming using modern Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, or equivalents)UI specification experience working to a design system (tokens, components, patterns) using tools like FigmaProduct and funnel analysis experience with explicit reporting (GA4, ad-platform data); SQL is an advantageStrong, precise written communication and stakeholder management across clinical, operational, and technical groupsAustralian citizenship, required for our client engagementsNice‐to‐haveAustralian healthcare domain knowledge, or a track record of getting on top of a regulated domain quicklyPractical experience with AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and good judgement on when to check the outputHealthtech, telehealth, or other regulated-industry experienceNo-code/low-code tools (e.g. Lovable) and a basic grasp of APIs and integrationsA relevant certification (CBAP, Agile/Scrum, or similar)If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity, working closely with a Product Owner, and being the person who makes technical work make sense to everyone in the room, we'd love to hear from you.
