Reporting to the Senior Security Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of medical, emergency response and workplace health services across one of Australia's largest integrated entertainment resorts.
Leading a team of approximately 15 Medics, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of guests, team members and contractors across a dynamic 24/7 operation.
This is a highly visible leadership role that combines operational management, clinical oversight, workforce planning, training, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
You'll drive service excellence, champion best practice clinical governance and ensure the Medical Services team remains prepared, responsive and aligned to Crown's commitment to safety and exceptional guest experiences.In this role, you will:Lead the day-to-day delivery of medical and emergency response services across Crown Melbourne's 24/7 operation.Manage workforce planning, rostering, resource allocation and operational readiness for the Medical Services team.Inspire, coach and develop a team of approximately 15 Medics, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused culture.Oversee medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, first aid resources, inventory management and procurement activities.Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks,
regulatory requirements, licences, certifications and health and safety obligations.Partner with emergency services, healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate effective medical responses and support business operations.Deliver and oversee medical and first aid training programs that meet legislative and operational requirements.Manage departmental budgets and support company-wide health programs, including vaccination and audiometry initiatives.About YouYou are an experienced leader with a strong background in emergency healthcare, paramedicine, medical services or a related clinical environment.Mandatory QualificationsDiploma of Emergency Health Care (HLT*****).
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****).
Additional QualificationsYou will also bring Demonstrated leadership experience within healthcare, emergency services or a similar highly regulated environment, with strong expertise in clinical governance, compliance/risk management A Degree in Paramedicine, current AHPRA Registration, Certificate of Clinical Governance, or experience in occupational health, injury management and return-to-work programs will be highly regarded.Key CompetenciesProven capability in workforce planning, rostering, budget management and resource allocation.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across a diverse range of internal and external partners.Strong problem-solving,
