Our thriving practice has a well‐established patient base and is run by an amazingly supportive and hardworking team.About the RoleAs Lead Dentist, you'll play a key role in both clinical delivery and team leadership, working closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance, culture, and patient outcomes.Key responsibilities:Lead, mentor and support a team of dentists and cliniciansDeliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistryOversee clinical standards, protocols and continuous improvementDrive a positive, collaborative and high‐performance team cultureContribute to patient experience and practice growthAbout the AreaOnly 90 minutes west of Brisbane, Toowoomba is affectionately known as the 'Garden City' due to its picturesque views, fresh mountain air and rich volcanic soils.
