The Opportunity We are currently seeking experienced All-Round Operators for a permanent opportunity within a leading coal mining operation in Queensland, within the Bowen Basin.

What's on Offer Permanent position 7/7 roster - excellent work/life balance DIDO or BIBO from Mackay or Townsville Work within a high-performing production mining team Opportunity to operate modern mining equipment Key Responsibilities Operate a range of production mining equipment including diggers and ancillary mobile plant Support load and haul operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently Conduct pre-start inspections, hazard identification,



and routine equipment checks Follow all site safety systems, procedures, and operational requirements Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to maintain safe and productive operations Experience & Requirements Minimum 2 years production mining experience required Experience operating excavators/diggers or multi-skilled mobile plant Valid Standard 11 (S11) Valid Coal Board Medical Training transcripts required Clean NPC (within 6 months) Strong safety focus and ability to work in a team environment Must be available for rostered FIFO/DIDO work Additional Requirements Ability to pass full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Current driver's license Robust communication and adherence to site procedures
