About The Seasonal PoolBelgravia Leisure operates 5 iconic facilities within the Indigo region.
A position currently exists for a Centre Manager at the Beechworth Swimming Pool as part of Belgravia Leisure's partnership with Indigo Shire Council.The RoleYou are fully accountable for the venues operational, financial and program deliverables.
You will develop and execute plans through engagement with your team and the community.
With a successful track record in aquatic operations, financial management, staff recruitment and safety, you will continue to develop the Centre's relationship with the Community, and all other stakeholders to drive the overall success through the engagement and development of its people.This is a season pool which operates Nov **** to April ****About YouYou will be a truly seasoned and professional manager, who leads with vision and energy.

You can easily articulate the link between employee engagement and exceptional business performance.Skills And ExperienceHighly developed performance coaching abilities.Experience in planning and execution of operational, financial and people plans to successful outcomes.Demonstrative experience leading a complex business operation,



preferably in the leisure industry or hospitality.Highly developed communication skills with a flair for positive influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes.Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.DesirablePrevious experience (2 to 5 years) in an aquatic or leisure leadership role.Qualifications in Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, Working with Children is preferred, though can be arranged for a highly desirable candidate.The CompanyBelgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
