About the Role
As Learning & Development Manager, Sydney Airport you are accountable for workforce readiness across Certis' Sydney Airport portfolio through translating legislation, airport requirements and operational realities into high-quality training, accreditation and coaching—ensuring every employee is compliant, capable and audit-ready each shift.
Key Responsibilities
Lead training governance aligned to CISC, Aviation Screening Notice ****, ATS Act and RTO standardsManage learning Management System (Moodle) as single source of truth – ensuring audit traceability and complianceEnforce pre-roster competency gate – no deployment without current accreditationLead induction, recurrent training and CPD programsExecute internal and external audits (CISC, ASQA, Sydney Airport)Drive data-led improvement using LMS and operational insightsLead training, coaching and scheduling teams
About You




Must have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalentExperience leading training and accreditation in regulated environmentsStrong audit, compliance and RTO framework capabilityExpertise in assessment integrity and document controlStrong stakeholder engagement with regulators and operations
