About the Role
Join a multidisciplinary team delivering high‐quality, recovery‐oriented mental health care within the Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Geelong West.
In this role, you will provide evidence‐based assessment, treatment and care coordination to adults experiencing serious mental illness, working collaboratively with consumers, families and carers to support recovery and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive bio‐psycho‐social assessments and evidence‐based interventions for adults with complex mental health needs
Provide recovery‐oriented care coordination, partnering with consumers, families and carers
Contribute to multidisciplinary team planning, risk assessment and clinical review processes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and uphold professional and legislative standards
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in adult community mental health or a related setting
Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment and continuing care of individuals with serious mental illness
Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to cooperative care
A passion for recovery‐oriented, person‐centred practice
