As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Allied Health team in Sydney.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a thriving temporary Allied Health desk recruiting professionals across Australia, with the opportunity to develop a hybrid desk by incorporating permanent recruitment as you grow.Whether you're an experienced recruiter or looking to take the next step in your recruitment career, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingRecruiting temporary Allied Health professionals across Australia.Building and managing robust relationships with clients and candidates.Growing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement.Developing a hybrid desk with permanent recruitment opportunities if that's where your interests lie.What's on offerEstablished national Allied Health desk with immediate opportunities.A supportive,

$80,000 - $90,000 base + Super (depending on experience).
Uncapped commission with genuine earning potential.Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in our Sydney office, 2 days from home).
