As our group continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and hospitality-driven Administration & Events Executive to join our Head Office team in Allambie Heights.
The Opportunity
Working from our Head Office, you'll become part of a collaborative Administration and Reservations team alongside experienced Senior Events Managers while taking ownership of your own portfolio of venues.
You'll manage administrative requirements for the restaurants from our centralised office.
You will be a first point of contact for events and reservations across some of Sydney's most exciting restaurants, guiding guests from their initial enquiry through to a seamless event experience.
From intimate celebrations and corporate lunches to exclusive private dining experiences, and potential offsite catering events, you'll be the key point of contact throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Reservations
Manage reservations and group bookings across your allocated venues.
Maintain accurate client records using SevenRooms and Tripleseat.
Coordinate deposits, confirmations and event documentation.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Group Bookings & Events
Take ownership of administration and events for our boutique venues including Ormeggio at The Spit, Chiosco by Ormeggio, Postino Osteria and Vineria Luisa.
Manage enquiries from first contact through to event confirmation and coordination.
Drive enquiry conversion, financial targets and revenue growth.
Conduct venue inspections and build strong client relationships.
Prepare event documentation and communicate event requirements with venue teams.
Lead weekly function meetings to ensure flawless event execution.
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality,
is highly organised and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll bring:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
A friendly, confident and professional manner.
Australian Permanent Residents only need apply.
Previous experience using SevenRooms or a similar reservation platform.
Experience with Tripleseat or similar event management software (highly regarded).
Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
A natural problem solver with a solutions-focused attitude and mindset
A proactive attitude with the confidence to work independently.
A genuine passion for hospitality and premium guest experiences.

Salary range of $75,000-$85,000 + Superannuation, depending on experience.
Stable full-time position with a structured Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Please Note
This is an on-site position based at our Head Office in Allambie Heights, conveniently located near Warringah Mall in the Northern Beaches.
Standard working days are Tuesday to Saturday, and flexibility to work public holidays when required is expected.
