An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and hands‐on HR Advisor to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will work closely with our retail boutiques, workshops and head office teams to deliver, people‐focused HR solutions.
About the Role
This is a true generalist role where no two days are the same.
You will provide practical HR support and advice while helping drive a positive employee experience.
The successful candidate will spend time both in the office and on the road each week, visiting boutiques and building strong relationships with managers and employees across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders across the business to provide timely HR advice and support.
Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation reviews, development and offboarding.
Support recruitment activities across Retail, Workshop and Head Office teams.




Assist with workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Support policy development, compliance and HR best practice.
Contribute to learning and development programs and succession planning initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.
Travel regularly to boutiques to provide hands‐on‐support
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
Minimum 2 years Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar role.
Experience supporting retail and or customer facing environments.
Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR Best Practice.
Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters.
Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
A practical, solutions‐focused approach, with a strong customer service mindset.
The ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A willingness to travel to store locations weekly across NSW and quarterly across VIC.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
Highly Regarded
Experience within luxury retail, retail operations or multi‐site environments.
Experience supporting sales‐focused teams.
