Job Description
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day‐to‐day operations across multiple civil construction projects.
You'll be responsible for coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project programs.
This role works closely with Project Managers, Engineers and other Supervisors to drive successful outcomes on site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate subdivision construction activities from bulk earthworks through to final completion
Lead and manage site crews, plant operators and subcontractors to ensure efficient and protected project delivery
Plan and sequence earthworks activities in line with construction programs
Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements, SWMS and company procedures
Coordinate plant, labour and materials to maximise productivity
Liaise with project managers, engineers, surveyors and clients as required
Monitor quality, levels, tolerances and site standards
Identify and proactively resolve on‐site issues and risks
Maintain site records,



reporting and daily documentation
The Successful Applicant
You are an experienced civil construction professional with a strong background in subdivision projects and a practical, hands‐on leadership style.
You will bring:
Trade qualification in Civil Construction (Cert III of IV)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, with expertise in bulk earthworks and subdivisions.
Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and sequencing
Proven ability to lead site crews and manage plant‐intensive operations
Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and site compliance
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver's licence
White Card (required)
What's on Offer
Competitive salary package ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 base.
Company vehicle, valued at $20,000.
