You will help plan, coordinate and deliver building repairs and maintenance across council facilities, community housing and other assets, while leading a small team.You will direct a Trade Assistant and two Carpenter Apprentices, provide daily coaching and practical supervision, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards in a dynamic council setting.
