This opportunity is open to new graduates and early‐career podiatrists looking for a permanent role within a supportive multidisciplinary team providing care to community‐based adults and ageing customers.Work will be performed in a clinical hub with a mix of in‐centre clinic visits and home visits as required.
You will deliver person‐centred podiatry care while maintaining client independence and supporting their physical and social wellbeing.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively within an established multidisciplinary team to deliver high‐quality, person‐centred podiatry care.Focus on maintaining and supporting client independence, while considering physical and social wellbeing.Receive ongoing clinical supervision from senior podiatrists, support from Allied Health Assistants, and administrative assistance.Deliver care in a clinic‐based setting with community home visits as required.Access structured support from a senior podiatrist and the Allied Health Podiatry Discipline Lead.Build and grow a community caseload,



gaining exposure to varied and complex clients.Contribute to expanding podiatry services within the local geographic area.Manage your own caseload with realistic productivity targets.QualificationsCurrent Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
Access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle (minimum Third‐Party Property) (essential).
Current AHPRA registration with unlimited work rights (essential).
Commitment to working within the Philosophy, Policies and Procedures of BlueCare and the Uniting Church of Australia.Strong clinical capability in podiatry assessment and treatment for community‐based clients, including aged care, disability, and health & wellbeing needs.Accurate and timely documentation skills, with confidence using digital systems for record keeping.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues.Collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team environment.Effective time‐management skills,
