This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the smooth running and growth of our modern, patient-focused dental practice.About the Role: As our Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, lead a dedicated team of dental support staff, and ensure that our patients receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day on site operations of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and stock managementLead, motivate, and support a team of dental clinicians and support staffImplement and maintain compliance with health and safety standards, privacy regulations,



and accreditation requirementsOversee patient accounts and billingCoordinate marketing initiatives and build positive relationships within the communityDrive practice growth by identifying opportunities for service improvement and expansionEnsure a seamless and positive patient experience at every touchpointAbout You:Proven experience in dental, healthcare, or medical practice management.

Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a teamExcellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of computer literacy, experience with dental practice softwareUnderstanding of dental terminology, procedures, and compliance requirements is preferred.A patient-first attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer serviceMonday to Friday.
