salad cups and other "grab and go" style items, ready for sale through both Vili's and customer retail cafes and outlets.What you'll do.Assemble & Pack: Build sandwiches, wraps, baguettes and salad cups to spec; weigh/label/date-code; present products neatly and consistently for retail.Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls, FIFO and temperature checks; clean-as-you-go and end-of-shift cleaning.Teamwork & Pace: Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with Team Leaders and FOH/Dispatch; rotate tasks to support the team.About youExperience in fast-paced kitchens or food production (canteens, cafés, food trucks or manufacturing) is idealComfortable with repetitive tasks and working in chilled environmentsAttention to detail with recipes, portioning, labelling and presentationSafety-first mindset (manual handling, knives, hygiene) and dependable timekeepingPositive, team-oriented communicator who takes pride in consistent qualityReliability, punctuality and a commitment to qualityWhy join Vili's?
