You will be required to assist with:Answering phone calls and receive ordersDispensing ordersPackaging of postage ordersProvide a high level of customer Service and product knowledgeStock and inventory managementSkills and experience:Previous experience as a dispensary technicianS2/S3 or Certificate III in Community Pharmacy is highly regardedGreat communication skills and are proficient in English.Work well in a team workplace as well as being able to complete tasks autonomously.Focus on customer service and sales.A great problem solver and are outcome focused.Willing to learn and grow at work.
