Assistant, Ticketing ServicesVariable-Time positions (25 hours per week), Fixed Term until August *******Casual ongoing positionsStart date: week commencing August *******Located in the heart of the CBD with easy access to public transportationAbout the TeamThe Ticketing Services team sits within the Destination and Audiences pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering personalised ticketing and customer services of value to our patrons that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit.Variable-time employment is unique to Arts Centre Melbourne and strikes the balance between security and flexibility.
You have a guaranteed number of weekly hours with the chance to flex up to 38 hours if your availability matches available shifts.Guaranteed weekly hours are worked out as an average of your weekly hours over a 12-month period.
Depending on your availability and operational needs your hours in each week may flex up or down but will result in a minimum of your contracted hours over a 12 month period.
This flexibility means you can enjoy commitments and pursuits outside of work.
Variable-time is similar to working adaptable part-time, you are rostered on a weekly basis and paid based on hours, or part there of, worked.About the RoleYou will use your excellent customer service skills to deliver remarkable and personalised ticketing service to our customers.Various roles available.
Salary $59,823 pro rata.
plus superHours of work may vary, are based around Box Office and Contact Centre hours, and with a large proportion at night and on weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday.Your Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for our next customer service superstar!
Experience in the delivery of customer service that has resulted in successful and enjoyable customer experiencesExperience working efficiently with a high level of detail in a high volume customer service environment with multiple forms of contact (Face-to-face, phones, email) is an advantageExperience working with an assortment of point of sale and payment systems handling and balancing a variety of payment methodsGeneral office work with a strong emphasis on computer usageExperience with Tessitura or other ticketing platforms or broader arts,
