Working within a high-profile Digital Transformation program, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that enable staff to confidently adopt new technologies, digital tools and AI capabilities.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by building a university-wide digital capability framework that supports long-term organisational transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver a digital capability framework and training program supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation.Develop engaging learning resources, training modules,



guides and supporting materials.Deliver interactive workshops and training sessions for diverse stakeholder groups.Translate complex technical and AI concepts into engaging learning experiences for non-technical audiences.Partner with Learning & Development, business stakeholders and project teams to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions.Support digital adoption by embedding capability uplift across the organisation.Skills and experience required4+ years' experience in Learning, Capability, Training or Digital Adoption roles.Experience designing and delivering learning programs supporting digital or technology transformation initiatives.Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience developing learning frameworks, training materials and capability programs.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences.Experience working within large, complex organisations.What's on Offer12-month contractUp to $950/day + SuperHybrid working arrangementsMajor Sydney UniversityHigh-profile Digital Transformation & AI Enablement ProgramCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to influence capability across a large enterpriseIf you're passionate about digital capability, learning and helping organisations embrace new technologies, we'd love to hear from you.
