In this client-facing role, you'll work alongside their Principal Consultants to deliver practical compliance solutions across work health and safety, quality assurance, environmental management and human resources.About the RoleAs a Consultant, you'll partner with a diverse range of clients to design, implement and improve management systems that support legal compliance and operational excellence.
No two days are the same—you'll split your time between client sites and the office, delivering practical advice that makes a real difference.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct WHS inspections, audits and risk assessmentsDesign, implement and continuously improve management systemsDevelop policies, procedures and compliance documentationDeliver engaging training workshops and toolbox sessionsProvide practical advice to help clients achieve compliance outcomesBuild long-term client relationships through exceptional servicePrepare clear, qualified reports and recommendationsSupport project delivery to agreed timelines and budgets.About YouYou are a confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and building trusted relationships.
You're equally comfortable conducting a site audit,
