Job DescriptionThis role will see you enhance your capabilities and the reputation of WSP's Building Structures team.
You will collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future‐ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.What You'll DoProject lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects;Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets;Handle ongoing communication and highly effective skilled relationships with local clients;Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally;Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team;Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers;Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.About YouBachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)5‐8 years industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence,
