This is an opportunity for a hands‐on leader with a technical background in commercial catering equipment, gas, electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical fittingto take ownership of a team of field technicians and drive operational performance.About the RoleReporting to the National Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Queensland service division, leading technicians, managing subcontractors, supporting customers, and ensuring service delivery meets operational and commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop a team of field service technicians.Drive service performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.Manage service schedules, resources and subcontractor relationships.Support business growth through strong customer and stakeholder engagement.Monitor budgets, reporting,
