Leading a small team of data professionals, the role works closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable, governed, and reusable data solutions across the Microsoft data platform ecosystem.
This role is instrumental in building Housing Australia's data product capability, driving the transition from ad hoc reporting to enterprise data products that deliver meaningful insights and lasting business value.Key responsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products, defining priorities, roadmaps, success measures, and delivery outcomes that support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, managing demand, prioritisation, and the delivery of reusable, value-driven data products.Drive data governance and standardisation, ensuring data products are built on trusted enterprise data sources, aligned to agreed business definitions, and designed for consistency, automation, and reuse.Lead adoption and continuous improvement of data products,
