recording and completion of construction activitiesRead and interpret construction drawingsManage site quality assurance requirements with support from supervisors and engineersWork across road construction and stabilisation activitiesMonday to Friday roster with occasional night and weekend worksSkills & Experience:Previous experience in a Leading Hand role within civil constructionStrong understanding of road construction techniquesAbility to lead crews and communicate effectively on siteWhite Card and current Driver's Licence requiredExperience with app-based systems such as Dashpivot, SiteMate or AssetVision highly regardedTMR and stabilisation experience highly desirableCert III or IV in Civil Construction advantageousWhat's on Offer:$***** per hour + SuperLong-term project running through to April ****Chance for permanent employment for the right candidateSupportive team environment with career progression opportunitiesTools and PPE supplied
