About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the team at Our Medical Loganholme.
You will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency, team performance, and the delivery of an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the busy medical centre, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
Manage, coach, and develop a team of administrative and nursing staff, including performance and training
Build strong working relationships with healthcare providers to support the delivery of high-quality care




Oversee centre budgets, financial performance, and workforce planning
Drive a high standard of patient experience and customer service across the centre
Act as a clear communicator and proactive problem solver
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
About You
Proven leadership and management experience, with preference given to those with experience in a healthcare setting
Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse team of staff and healthcare professionals
Ability to manage a budget and identify key business levers
Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care
Experienced in workforce recruitment, rostering, training & development
